Ric Bender – My Story
Ric’s leadership perspective was shaped through years of ministry and business experience.
As a former pastor and church planter, he learned the importance of servant leadership, developing people, navigating difficult decisions, and leading organizations through seasons of change.
As an entrepreneur and business owner, he experienced firsthand the challenges that come with building and growing an organization—making decisions with limited information, managing people, generating revenue, developing systems, and carrying the responsibility that comes with leadership.
His experience in digital marketing and business strategy added another dimension: understanding how data, technology, positioning, and strategic execution can help organizations compete and grow in an increasingly complex marketplace.
