Ric Bender – My Story
My leadership perspective has been shaped by two very different worlds: the church and the marketplace.
As a former pastor and church planter, I learned the importance of servant leadership, developing people, navigating difficult decisions, and leading organizations through seasons of change.
As an entrepreneur and business owner, I experienced firsthand the realities of building and growing an organization—making difficult decisions with limited information, leading teams, generating revenue, developing systems, and carrying the responsibility that comes with leadership.
My experience in digital marketing and business strategy added another dimension. I learned how positioning, technology, data, and strategic execution can help organizations become more visible, compete effectively, and grow sustainably.
Today, I bring these experiences together to help Christian entrepreneurs, business owners, and leaders gain clarity, strengthen their leadership, and build healthier, more profitable organizations without compromising their faith or God-given purpose.
From the Church to the Marketplace
My experience in ministry taught me how to lead people, develop leaders, navigate change, and serve with purpose. My experience in business taught me how to apply those leadership principles to strategy, operations, marketing, growth, and organizational health. Today, I help Christian leaders bring those worlds together.
